Klopp wears Lehmann

Champions from the Black Forest
Maybe it was because he comes from the Black Forest as well, or the bold business idea appealed to him - Jürgen Klopp did not hesitate when offered the new watch from the young Schramberg watch factory. The joy in German watchmaking tradition and the love for the product are evident in the watches. Jürgen Klopp liked this very much, as well as the fact that the factory is headquartered in the Black Forest. Since October 2011, the Uhrenmanufaktur Lehmann has its home in Schramberg.
Company owner Markus Lehmann first met the soccer coach in Dortmund. Jürgen Klopp and the legendary stadium commentator Norbert Dickel received him very cordially. They were immediately thrilled when he presented the chronometers manufactured in his factory. When developing his watch, Markus Lehmann focussed not only on highly precise technology but also on design, beauty, and innovative functions. The numerous well-conceived special features of the watch, such as the crown which can be concealed in the casing, are very practical for a sportsman like Jürgen Klopp. He chose a black stainless steel Lehmann precision watch. “This is my watch!,” he said laughingly when he made his decision.
The meetings that followed confirmed the BVB management's enthusiasm for the Lehmann watches and the cooperation plans. Already when Markus Lehmann handed over the watch to its new owner, he had the chance to show the new models. "I was extremely pleased by the positive reaction," says Markus Lehmann. We are excited to find out how the relation between Lehmann precision watches and the BVB management will turn out.
